Refunds & Exchanges

If there is an issue with the product (incorrect design vs order, incorrect label size, garment flaw etc), we will reproduce & reship the product to you at no additional charge. We require visual confirmation of the issue, in order to process all requests and we do not require that the customer return the product in any case. No order will be replaced without clear, visual confirmation. 

If the customer is not satisfied, and there is no physical issue with the product or order, the product must be returned in new condition first at the buyers expense. We will then refund or exchange once the item is received. 

Note* There is NO refund for wrong sizes or change of mind, or exchange on Limited Edition runs. Please make sure you check the size charts provided carefully.
